Prosecco Popsicles
Light up your party with these bubbly adult popsicles!

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups fresh chopped fruit such as mango, pineapple, strawberries, watermelon
- 1/2 cup Simple Syrup
- 1/2 cup Prosecco or other sparkling wine
- fresh lemon and lime juice
Instructions

Pulse your fruits of choice in a blender or food processor until they're pureed and juice-like.

Mix together the fruit mixture, simple syrup, Prosecco, and citrus juice with a whisk, and let it stand until the bubbles from the Prosecco start to die down.

Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds. Insert an ice pop stick into each mold. Freeze those suckers for at least 8 hours, though they're also okay to leave overnight.
