Sweet Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 1 16 ounce bag coleslaw mix
  • 2 tablespoons diced onion
  • 2/3 cup creamy salad dressing
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. In a big bowl, combine the mix with the onion.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the salad dressing, veggie oil, sugar, vinegar, salt, and poppy seeds together. Make sure they're thoroughly blended. Pour the dressing mixture over the coleslaw/onion mix and toss it around to coat. Let that stuff chill in the fridge for 2 hours, and you're done.
