Tator Tot Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients
- 4 cups Frozen Tator Tots
- 7 Large Eggs
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Bacon Bits

Heat frozen tator tots in microwave on high for 1 minute 45 seconds.

Combine one egg and heated tator tots in a mixing bowl, breaking up the tator tots roughly with a fork.

Line the bottom of a skillet with the tator tot and egg mixture and bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Layer half of the cheeses on top of the baked tator tots. Then crack six eggs evenly on top of the cheeses, then add half cup of bacon bits on top of the eggs. Then add the rest of the cheeses on top with the bacon bits.

Bake in oven for 15 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Top with your favorite herbs if desired and serve.
