Spiced Turmeric Latte; Your New Favorite Fall Drink!

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- Pinch of black pepper
In a small saucepan, heat the almond milk over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
Add the turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper, and whisk until well combined.
Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the honey or maple syrup.
Pour the mixture into a blender and blend on high for 10-15 seconds until frothy.
Pour the spiced turmeric latte into a mug and enjoy!
