Total Time 2 hours
Servings 3 pounds
Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup butter melted
- 2/3 cup milk evaporated
- 1/2 cup pumpkin canned
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- 12 oz white chocolate morsels
- 7 oz marshmallow creme
- 1 cup chopped pecans toasted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
-
Stir together the first 6 ingredients in a 3 1/2-quart saucepan on medium-high. Cook while stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil. Keep cooking and stirring until a candy thermometer registers 234° (soft-ball stage), should take about 12 minutes.
-
Remove the pan from the heat, and stir in everything else until it's all well blended. Quickly pour the mixture into a greased aluminum foil-lined 9-inch square pan (make sure to have the pan ready beforehand; you gotta pour the mixture before it hardens). Let it cool for about 2 hours, then cut the fudge into squares.
