Souvlaki
These classic Greek skewers are seasoned with a delicious, lemony olive oil.

Ingredients
- 1 lemon juiced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 3 cloves garlic crushed
- 4 pounds pork tenderloin cut into 1 inch cubes
- 2 medium yellow onions cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 medium green bell peppers cut into 1 inch pieces
- 12 skewers
Instructions

Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, soy sauce, oregano, and garlic together in a big glass bowl. Add the pork, onions, and green peppers to the mix and stir them around to coat. Put a cover on the bowl and let it chill in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours.

Heat up the grill to medium-high. Thread the pork cubes, peppers, and onions onto the skewers. When the heat is on, give the grate a light oiling.

Cook the skewers for 10 to 15 minutes. Make sure to turn them over frequently so they get done evenly.
