Garlic-Parm Baked Chicken
No one can resist warm baked chicken, especially with lots of cheese and garlic!
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- ⅔ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 6 breast half bone and skin removed (blank)s skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Turn the oven up to 350 F. While that's heating up, give a 9x13 inch baking dish a light greasing.
Blend the olive oil and garlic in one mixing bowl, then mix the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, and pepper in a separate bowl. Dip each chicken breast first in the oil bowl, then in the bread crumb bowl. Place the prepped chicken breasts in the greased baking dish, and top them off with any leftover bread crumb mixture.
Bake the chicken for 30 minutes in the oven. When the chicken loses its pink and juices run clear, you're all done.
