Creme Egg Rocky Road
A sweet and decadent rocky road creation in a tray topped with creme filled chocolate eggs.

Ingredients
- 150 g butter
- 250 g dark chocolate
- 150 g milk chocolate
- 4 tbsp golden syrup
- 150 g Digestive cookies crushed
- 100 g marshmallows
- 180 g mini creme eggs
- 150 g white chocolate melted
- 1 tbsp yellow food coloring
- 1 tspn oil
Instructions

In a double boiler, melt and combine the butter, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and golden syrup on low heat.

Add in the crushed Digestive cookies, marshmallows, and mini creme eggs and mix well. Pour into a baking tray and spread out evenly.

In another bowl, combine 75 g white chocolate, yellow food coloring, and the oil. Drizzle over the chocolate mixture. Drizzle again with another 75 g white chocolate and top with mini creme egg halves (optional).

Chill for 3 hours and serve.
