Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
- 1 15 ounce can pinto beans drained and rinsed
- 1 8 ounce jar salsa
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- ½ cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
Instructions

Heat the veggie oil in a big skillet over medium-high heated stove. Cook and stir the beef in there until it's browned and crumbly, 5 to 10 minutes, then drain out the grease. Stir the fajita seasoning into the beef until it's evenly coated.

Mix the pinto beans, salsa, and brown rice into the beef mixture, then top it all off with the Mexican cheese blend.
