Peanut butter cookies wrapped in a spooky white chocolate shell!
- 1 12 ounce package white chocolate chips, or as needed
- 24 peanut-shaped peanut butter sandwich cookies
- 48 miniature chocolate chips
Place the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat the bowl in the microwave on low for 1 minute, then stir. Keep heating the bowl for 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each time, until white chocolate has melted, warm, and smooth.
Dip the cookies into the melted chocolate with forks, then set them on wax paper. Use 2 mini chocolate chips to give the ghosts eyes. Leave the cookies on the paper until the coating hardens, about 20 minutes.
