Honey-infused gin and honey syrup make for one sweet time.
- 1 1/2 oz Barr Hill Tom Cat gin
- 1 Egg white
- 3/4 oz White verjus
- 1/2 oz Honey syrup
- 1/4 oz Orange liqueur
- 2 dashes 20% saline solution 1:5 ratio of salt to water
- Edible flower For garnish
- Rosemary sprig For garnish
Throw everything but the garnish into a shaker and and dry-shake it (that means no ice).
Add the ice in and give it another shaking until the mixture is properly chilled.
Strain your newborn cocktail into a rocks glass over some fresh ice.
Garnish the glass with the flower and rosemary sprig.
