Key Lime Pie
A tasty key lime pie in 35 minutes? You know it.
- 5 egg yolks beaten
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup key lime juice
- 9 inch prepared graham cracker crust
- whipped topping (optional, for garnish)
- lime slices (optional, for garnish)
Turn the oven up to 375 degrees F.
In a bowl, combine the yolks, condensed milk and lime juice, and mix it well. Pour that stuff into the unbaked pie crust.
Bake the whole thing for 15 minutes. Let it cool off before you serve it, then top it off with some whipped cream and a lime slice garnish if you like.
