This Pickle Reuben is a Kosher Delight!

Pickle Reubens

A deli-tastic snack that even picky eaters will love.

Ingredients

  • 3 large pickles
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 tbsp. Relish
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • kosher salt
  • 1/4 lb. corned beef thinly sliced
  • 3 Slices swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Slice the pickles in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds with a spoon.

  2. Can't have a reuben without the dressing; In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, and Worcestershire sauce.

  3. Spread the dressing on the bottom pickle "bun." Top with corned beef and cheese. Top it off with the top pickle “bun” and secure with toothpick if desired. Use all three pickles, and you've got a plateful.
