Simple Berry Ice Cream
A tart, delicious, and very refreshing homemade mixed berry ice cream.
- 400 g frozen berries
- 5 tbsp icing sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste
- 300 ml double cream
In a food processor, process together the frozen berries, sugar and vanilla paste.
Once the berry mixture has become roughly processed, slowly add in the cream while processing.
Once the mixture is well combined and smooth, pour the ice cream into a loaf pan and smooth the top. Freeze until ready to serve.
