Balsamic Glaze
There are few, if any, dishes that can't be improved with a balsamic glaze.

Ingredients
- 2 cups balsamic vinegar
- ½ cup brown sugar

In a saucepan over medium heat, mix the balsamic with the brown sugar. Constantly stir them together until sugar has completely dissolved, then get the mix boiling. When it's boiling, turn the heat to low, and let it simmer until the glaze has reduced by half, about 20 minutes. You can test the glaze by dipping a spoon into it; it should completely coat the back. Let the glaze cool and pour into a jar with a secure lid. Store the jar in the fridge.

You can tweak the flavor slightly by using balsamic vinegar with added flavors like raspberry.
