Watermelon Icicle

Ingredients

  • 1 small seedless watermelon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • Optional: honey or agave syrup for sweetness

Instructions

  1. Slice the watermelon into small, bite-sized cubes or chunks.
  2. Place the watermelon pieces into a blender or food processor.
  3. Add the fresh lime juice to the blender.
  4. Optional: If desired, add a drizzle of honey or agave syrup for added sweetness.
  5. Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined.
  6. Pour the watermelon mixture into ice pop molds or small paper cups.
  7. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold or cup.
  8. Place the molds or cups in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until fully set.
  9. Once the watermelon icicles are frozen, remove them from the molds or cups.
  10. Serve the refreshing watermelon icicles immediately and enjoy them on a hot summer day!
