

Baked Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients
- 3 skinless boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- ½ cup butter melted

Turn the oven up to 400 F.

Cut the chicken into 1 1/2-inch sized pieces. In a mixing bowl, mix up the bread crumbs, cheese, salt, thyme and basil. Make sure to really mix it thoroughly!

Pour the melted butter into a small dipping dish and dip the chicken pieces into it. Coat the buttered chicken with the breadcrumb mixture. Place the coated chicken pieces on a lightly greased baking sheet in a single layer, then bake 'em in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
