You don't need a culinary degree to make tasty salmon!
In a small mixing bowl, stir the garlic powder, basil, and salt together. Rub that stuff onto the salmon filets, doing your best to keep the amounts even.
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook the salmon in there. Cook each side for about five minutes; you want them browned and flaky. Serve each piece of salmon with a lemon wedge.
