Pesto Pizza

An extra-green pizza for vegetable fans!

Ingredients

  • 1 12 inch pre-baked whole-wheat pizza crust
  • 1 cup prepared pesto
  • 1 ½ cups fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Turn the oven up to 450 F.

  2. Remove the wrapper from the crust and spread the pesto on top of it. Top that with a layer of chopped spinach, chopped tomato, shredded mozzarella, and feta cheese. Place the prepped pizza on a baking sheet.

  3. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven until the spinach wilts and the cheese is melty, bubbling, and beginning to brown, 10 to 12 minutes.
