Ingredients

  • 1/5 Pound Lunch Meat ham, salami, or turkey
  • 8 Ounces Cheese cheddar, Monterey Jack, or pepper jack
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Wooden Skewers

Garlic Mustard Dipping Sauce

  • 1/4 Cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the deli meat and cheese into small cubes, about 1 inch in size.

  2. Thread the meat, cheese, and cherry tomatoes onto the wooden skewers, alternating between each ingredient.

  3. Arrange the skewers on a serving platter and serve immediately.

Garlic Mustard Dipping Sauce

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard and mayonnaise until well combined.

  2. Add the minced garlic, honey, salt, and pepper to the bowl and stir to combine.

  3. Adjust the seasoning to taste.

  4. Chill the sauce for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
