Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 4 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the potato fries with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat the fries evenly.
  3. Arrange the seasoned fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping the fries halfway through until they are crispy and golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the fries. Toss gently to distribute the cheese evenly.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

For an extra crispy texture, soak the cut potato fries in cold water for 30 minutes prior to baking, then pat them dry with paper towels before seasoning and baking.
