Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting the consistency by adding more ice or coconut milk as desired.
  3. Pour the smoothie into glasses, garnish with a pineapple wedge if desired, and serve chilled.
