Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave for about 1 minute or until the cheese is melted. Stir well to combine.
  3. Add the almond flour, eggs, minced garlic, baking powder, dried oregano, and salt to the melted cheese mixture. Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
  4. Transfer the dough onto the prepared baking sheet and shape it into a rectangular loaf.
  5. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes or until the bread turns golden brown.
