Total Time 40 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce adjust according to your spice preference
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey or sugar
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon grated ginger or garlic for added flavor

Instructions

  1. Mix the Base: In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey (or sugar), and rice vinegar. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  2. Adjust Consistency: Depending on your preference, you can adjust the consistency of the sauce. If you prefer a thinner sauce, you can add a bit of water or more vinegar. For a thicker sauce, reduce the amount of liquid ingredients.
  3. Adjust Flavor: Taste the sauce and adjust the flavor according to your liking. If you prefer it spicier, add more Sriracha sauce. For a sweeter flavor, add more sweet chili sauce or honey. You can also adjust the saltiness by adding more soy sauce if needed.
  4. Optional Additions: If you want to enhance the flavor of the dynamite sauce, you can add grated ginger or garlic. These additions will give the sauce a fresh and aromatic twist. Mix them in thoroughly.
  5. Chill and Serve: Once you've achieved the desired flavor and consistency, transfer the dynamite sauce to a serving bowl or jar. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
