1cupchopped orange sections
2/3cuppromegranate seedsabout 2 promegranate
1/3cupfresh promegranate juice
1/4cupminced shallots
2tbspminced jalapeno pepper
1tbspchopped fresh cilantro
1tbspfresh lime juice
1/4tspsalt
1/4tspfreshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients. Yep, all of 'em. Serve that dip with shrimp, flaky white fish, chicken, or tortilla chips. Pretty much anything, really.
