Maple Glazed Chicken and Sweet Potatoes

refrigerated mashed sweet potatoes

chicken breast tenderloins

sliced green onion

cup
maple syrup

tablespoons
butter

teaspoons
steak grilling seasoning blend

Cook sweet potatoes according to package instructions.

Season the chicken. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken to the pan, cooking 5-6 minutes per side.

Remove chicken then add maple syrup and reduce.

Stir in green onions and spoon the chicken over the sweet potatoes.
