Tequila-Infused Shrimp
Boozy food tastes so good.

pounds
large shrimp in shell
peeled and deveined

cup
crema or sour cream

1/2
cup
white or reposado tequila

tablespoons
unsalted butter

teaspoon
kosher salt

scallion
thinly sliced

Season shrimp with salt and pepper.

Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook 2-3 minutes on both sides, until pink.

Pour in the tequila and cook on high heat until the alcohol evaporates. If you're feeling adventurous, you can set flame to the pan.

Remove shrimp from heat and fold in sour cream.
