A big, beefy burger with a bit of Greek zing!
Combine the beef and Greek seasoning and shape it into 4 patties.
Grill with the lid on over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) for 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until the beef loses its pink.
Cut 2 inches of bread off from 1 side of each pita round to form a pocket. Line each pocket with 1 lettuce leaf, 2 tomato slices, and 1 red onion slice. Add the burger and drizzle each with 2 tablespoons Tahini Sauce, and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of cheese.
