An awesome combination of sweet, salty and savory tastes from the Land of the Morning Calm. A popular Korean stir-fried beef dish everyone will love.
Prepare beef slices in a large bowl.
Marinade: Put 1/2 of the sliced onion, garlic cloves, Asian pear, 1 spring onion, brown sugar, ground black pepper, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a blender and blend until it becomes a smooth consistency.
Pour blended marinade over beef slices and add the other 1/2 of the sliced onions. Mix well.
Cover the bowl and chill for 30 mins.
Pour 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a large pan or cast-iron skillet and preheat over medium-high heat.
Add the marinaded beef into the heated pan and stir often until cooked evenly.
Top with sliced spring onions and sesame seeds (optional) and serve with steamed white rice.
