Sweet, sticky, and great with a big bowl of rice!
Combine the pork, garlic, honey, wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, five spice, black pepper, and sugar in a bowl and mix well, making sure to coat the pork with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Place on a roasting pan and roast for 20 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Slice into bite sized pieces and serve with steamed rice.
