Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tspn honey
  • 1/2 tspn vanilla
  • 1/4 tspn cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine the rolled oats, shredded carrot, raisins, and 1/2 cup almond milk. Cover and refrigerate over night.

  2. Combine the oatmeal, 1/2 cup almond milk, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon in a sauce pan over medium heat and stir until heated through. Garnish with crushed almonds and vanilla ice cream.
