On-The-Go Pancake Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tspn baking powder
  • 1/4 tspn salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Toppings

  • chocolate chips
  • raspberries
  • banana slices
  • blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add in the eggs, melted butter, maple syrup, and milk and mix.

  2. Scoop about a 1/4 cup of the batter into each muffin cup in the muffin pan.

  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

  4. Top with your favorite toppings.
