Quick-and-tasty Asian-inspired chicken.
Add the olive oil into a large skillet and place over medium-high heat.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Remember, there will be added salt from the soy sauce later on.
Cook the chicken and brown one side. About 3 to 4 minutes.
Whisk the honey, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and garlic in a bowl until combined well.
Mix in the honey and soy sauce mixture into the skillet and toss with the chicken. Continue cooking until the chicken is fully cooked. About 4 to 5 more minutes.
Garnish with green onion slices, sesame seeds and a lime wedge. Serve with steamed rice.
