Cobra Verde

It may look like a sweet melon, but it's got some bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 oz Midori
  • 1/2 oz Ancho Reyes chile liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • Fever-Tree aromatic tonic to top
  • Thyme sprig for garnish

Instructions

  1. Throw some ice into a Collins glass, then pour all of your ingredients over it. Give all of it a good stir.

  2. Garnish that glass with a sprig of thyme and enjoy.
