Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork baby back ribs
  • 1 18 ounce bottle barbecue sauce
  • Vegetable cooking spray

Instructions

  1. First, we gotta prep the ribs! Get out a roll of foil and tear off 4 pieces. Each should be big enough to completely cover a portion of the ribs. Spray each foil piece with the cooking spray.

  2. Give the ribs a nice, liberal brushing of barbecue sauce, then secure each portion in its piece of foil. Wrap 'em tightly and leave them in the fridge for at least 8 hours, or overnight.

  3. When it's time for cooking, crank the oven up to 300 degrees F.

  4. With the foil wrappers still on, bake the ribs ribs in the preheated oven for 2 1/2 hours. When they're done, take the foil off and, if you feel so inclined, add some more sauce.
