Ingredients

  • 15 graham crackers crushed
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 4 8 ounce packages cream cheese
  • 1 ½ cups white sugar
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Turn the oven up to 350, then grease up a 9-inch springform pan.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter. Press that mixture onto the bottom of the pan.

  3. In a big bowl, mix the cream cheese with the sugar until it turns smooth. Blend the milk in, then mix in the eggs one at a time. Make sure to only mix enough to incorporate. Mix in the sour cream, vanilla and flour until the whole thing is smooth. Pour your newborn filling into the crust you made in the pan

  4. Bake the pan 1 hour. After that, turn the oven off, and let it cool in oven with the door closed for 5 to 6 hours. This'll keep the crust from cracking. When it's done, let it chill in the fridge until you plan to serve it.
