Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 cups cooked chicken meat chopped
  • ½ cup blanched slivered almonds
  • 1 stalk celery chopped

Instructions

  1. Toast the almonds in a frying pan over medium-high heat, shaking them around regularly. Keep a close eye on these, as they can burn very easily.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix the mayo, lemon juice, and pepper. Add the chicken, almonds, and celery to the bowl and toss them around to get an even coat.
