Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 6 ounce salmon
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, stir the garlic powder, basil, and salt together. Rub that stuff onto the salmon filets, doing your best to keep the amounts even.

  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook the salmon in there. Cook each side for about five minutes; you want them browned and flaky. Serve each piece of salmon with a lemon wedge.
