Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 green onion minced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • fresh ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat. Slowly warm the mix for about 5 minutes, occasionally giving the pan a little shake, until the sauce has a creamy consistency.
