Ingredients

  • 20 grape tomatoes
  • 10 ounces mozzarella cheese cubed
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 20 to othpicks

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss the tomatoes and mozzarella in the olive oil, basil, salt, and pepper until they're well-coated. Skewer one tomato and one piece of mozzarella onto each toothpick.
