Rich and chocolatey mousse, and keto-friendly to boot!
In a big bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until it's light and fluffy. Turn the mixer down to low and slowly mix in the heavy cream and vanilla extract. Add the sweetener, cocoa powder and salt, mixing them all until they're well incorporated. Turn mixer up to high, and mix everything until it's a single light and fluffy mix, 1 to 2 minutes more. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for later.
