Rye, whiskey, and cognac make for quite the interesting beverage.
In a cocktail glass, add the ice, then pour in the rye, cognac, vermouth, and Benedictine, in that order. Add the Angostura and Peychaud's bitters and shake to mix. Give the mix a stir, then strain into a short cocktail glass, and garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
