Who doesn't love the creamy sweetness of white chocolate and crispy saltiness of pretzels?
In the top of a double boiler, melt white chocolate while stirring constantly.
Dip each pretzel about halfway into the melted chocolate, completely covering half of it. If you're using the sprinkles, roll the coated pretzels in there to get them to stick. Either way, lay the coated pretzels on wax paper.
When the pretzels are coated and the chocolate is used up, place the pretzels in the fridge for 15 minutes to harden. You can store the pretzels in a pantry or fridge in an airtight container.
