This minty concoction is perfect for cocktails or as a dessert glaze.
Combine all three ingredients in a small saucepan. Get thing boiling, and keep stirring until the sugar dissolves. Let the pan simmer for 1 minute, then take the pan off the heat and let the syrup steep for about 30 minutes.
Pour the syrup through a mesh strainer into a clean glass jar to remove the mint leaves. Let it cool entirely before using.
