Spicy Raspberry Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 36 ounce bottle ketchup
  • 1 ¼ cups raspberry preserves
  • 1 8 ounce jar honey
  • 1 cup dill pickle juice
  • 2 tablespoons prepared spicy mustard
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion flakes
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 dash hot pepper sauce or to taste

Instructions

  1. Add every ingredient except for the hot sauce to a saucepan over medium heat and stir it all together. Get it boiling while you stir it. Once it's boiling, turn the heat down to low and stir in the hot sauce. Let the whole thing simmer for 1 hour.
