Nothing brightens up a day like a plateful of sweet pecans.
Line a baking sheet with foil.
In big saucepan over medium heat, combine all of the ingredients. Get that stuff between 234 and 240 F. The mix is ready when you can drop a bit of it into cold water and it turns into a soft ball.
Drop spoonfuls of the mix onto the prepped baking sheet and let them cool completely.
