A special honey-pepper syrup gives this drink its signature kick.
Simmer the honey, water and peppercorns in a small saucepan until the honey has dissolved. Let the mix cool, then strain to create your 1/2 cup of honey-pepper syrup.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add the gin, lemon juice and honey-pepper syrup. Give it a good shake, then strain the drink into a coupe. Garnish the top with some pepper.
