Cornbread plus sausage equals savory heaven.
Turn the oven up to 325 F.
Place sausage, celery and onions in a big, deep skillet and cook them Cook on medium high until evenly brown. Drain the grease, crumble the mix, and set aside.
In a big bowl, combine the sausage mix crumbles with the cornbread, bread crumbs, chicken broth, poultry seasoning and sage. Mix it all well, then transfer to a 9x12 inch baking dish.
Bake the dish with a cover on in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until well set and cooked through.
