Peppermint and chocolate patties: it's a winning formula.
Add the condensed milk, peppermint and sugar to a stand mixer and mix that stuff on medium until it takes a doughy texture.
Roll the dough into a ΒΌ inch thick sheet on a piece of parchment paper. Let the sheet dry for 2 hours, then cut it into patties using a 1 inch round cookie cutter. Let them dry for 1 more hour.
Melt the chocolate in 30 second increments until they're all melted. Dip the patties into the chocolate using a fork, carefully tapping them to shake any excess chocolate off. Let the patties cool and harden on wax paper until completely dry.
