Spicy Ramen Noodle Soup
These aren't the ramen noodles you ate in college!

vegetable broth

water

packages Ramen noodles

sesame oil

Sriracha

ginger

tsp
garlic powder

tsp
celery salt

tbsp
soy sauce

Rice vinegar

Scallions

Dice onions and tomatoes

In a boiling pan, add a dash of sesame oil and a few squirts of Sriracha.

Add in onions and tomatoes. Stir to combine.

Chop garlic and add too!

Sprinkle in grated ginger. Add a dash of garlic powder and celery salt.

Pour two cups of water. Blend the mixture until it's smooth.

Add back into pan. Bring broth to a simmer.

Pour in vegetable broth and a dash of soy sauce.

Now, splash in some rice vinegar.

Add in ramen noodles. Mix, mix, mix!

Chop scallions and add it to the broth.

Stir well.
